Bookings:
We strongly advise booking in advance to secure your preferred therapist and time. Ruby May offers a re-booking discount service to all clients who re-book treatments before leaving the salon.
On arrival:
Ruby May recommends that you arrive 10 mins prior to your treatment start time. Please bear in mind that all treatments need to start and end on time! Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other clients.
What to wear:
Dependent on the treatment you will be receiving, we advise that you wear comfortable, loose clothing. If you are having a tanning session, we recommend dark clothing and if you are receiving a pedicure, then open toed shoes are a must! For your comfort Ruby May beauty clinic is a climate-controlled salon, and launders all linen on site.
Consideration and care:
Ruby May prides itself on being a haven of relaxation. For the consideration of others, we kindly request that all clients please keep noise to a minimum when in the salon. Please refrain from using a mobile phone within the salon treatment rooms to avoid disturbing other clients.
Children:
Children are more than welcome within the salon and can wait in the reception area whilst your treatment is carried out.
Cancellation:
Ruby May operates a strict cancellation policy to ensure that we plan our therapist sessions efficiently. Therefore, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation charge, and non-arrival for an appointment will result in a full treatment charge.
Payments:
Ruby May accepts all major Credit Cards with, at present, the exception of American Express.
